How do I know that my booking has been cancelled?

After you have cancelled your reservation you will receive an email to confirm your cancellation. If you do not receive the cancellation email, please send an email with the details of your reservation to info@kariscavecappadocia.com

How can I know that the hotel offers a shuttle service and how can I book it?

We offer regular shuttle service from both airports Kayseri and Nevsehir (Codes: ASR and NAV) . We also have a private shuttle for your group. With both options there will be a driver waiting for you at the domestic arrivals gate

How do I know if the hotel has parking facilities?

We have free street parking available in our hotel.

I will be arriving late in the evening at the hotel. Can I still check-in?

Our reception is open 24 hours and you will always find someone to help you there.

How can I request an early check-in or late check-out time?

We advise you to contact the hotel as this matter is subject to availability. You will find the contact details of the hotel in your confirmation email.

Can I book a hotel for day use?

The minimum that can be booked through our website is one night. You can check our website rates and availability going to the reservation page

Can we put an extra bed in the room and accommodate more people? Is there an extra charge?

It is possible to put extra beds in some categories of rooms. We can provide information according to availability and room status.

Do we pay an extra fee for the reservation?

The prices we confirm when making a reservation are our final prices. There is no extra charge for the reservation service.

Do I have to pay any fees when I cancel my reservation?

If you cancel your reservation within the cancellation policy, we will not charge you for canceling. However, we recommend that you carefully read the cancellation policy of your online channel, as the policy is usually different. Also, if you have booked directly with our hotel, you will not be charged a cancellation fee until 1 week before your check-in date. However, if you cancel less than 1 week before, we will charge you for one night's accommodation.
